This is CRS Home Improvements (“CRS”) privacy policy. This document explains CRS's policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

CRS provides home renovation services directly and through subcontractors.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
CRS collects information about individuals such as its customers, prospective customers, subcontractors and prospective subcontractors through various methods including information actively provided by individuals (either directly or through subcontractors), collected by our web site, and information arising from the provision of our services.

The types of personal information we collect include name, contact information, identification information, credit information, and other information relating to the supply of our services. Information about subcontractors also includes complete financial and other details of the subcontractor’s operation. We may record calls to and from our customer service representatives for purposes of accuracy, performance reviews and training.

HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION
We and our subcontractors including customer service, accounting, billing, and collections use this information for the supply of our services.
Information about our subcontractors is used to administer the services we perform in relation to that subcontractor, and to share information about existing subcontractors and their performance with other subcontractors and potential subcontractors.
CRS may use aggregate or anonymous information not linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.

WHO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH
CRS does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. CRS may provide personal information to CRS’s consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist CRS’s uses disclosed herein.

SECURITY
Personal information is stored in a combination of paper and electronic files. They are protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

ACCESSING INFORMATION
Individuals may review their personal information contained in CRS files by contacting the CRS privacy officer. If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, CRS will make appropriate corrections.

GENERAL
CRS may amend this policy from time to time. If such amendments affect how CRS uses or discloses personal information already held by CRS in a material way, CRS will obtain consent. Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time.
CRS may disclose personal information to another entity purchasing the assets of CRS, provided that entity abides by this or a similar privacy policy.
